Thanx a lot for coming to Gunns Bush; ever since that camp I’ve had a lot more faith in the Lord & I have even made one of my friends a Christian, and Rach has made one of her friends a Christian since that camp! Thanx so much - that camp has helped me so much!

Kind regards,

How are you? I’m a Taiwanese girl who you met at Highway Church in Border town for a conference - maybe a half year ago.  GOD spoke to me by Larry, and you told me in the Sunday morning, I’m not sure whether you remember me??  I just wanna praise LORD that you two's testimony and ministries are really encouraging me, which makes me want to serve GOD as you do.  I would pray for blessings with you two in the name of JESUS.

I want to let you know how much I enjoy the things you share. Your musings often prompt me to deeper thought. This year the Lord has been talking to me about changing the way I think. I find that I know a lot less than I thought I did. But the things that I know that are true, I know more deeply. But life in Christ has always been about WHO you know and not WHAT you know, hasn't it?  Keep doing what you are doing, my friend. You are a blessing to the body.

Maureen, now in her 40's, had suffered a nervous breakdown in 1991, at which time she was diagnosed with chronic depression, bipolar depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, and anxiety disorder. She has been on medication since that time, which she needed in order to function. When she tried to cut back on medications, she would end up in the hospital again. During the ministry time (after worship and the speakers), Maureen was prayed for, laid hands on, and rested in the Spirit. Larry Taylor, one of the two guest speakers, asked for those who wanted prayer for physical healing to line up; he indicated that he might ask them what they wanted prayer for, or just pray for them as he felt led by the Holy Spirit. When he reached Maureen, he simply touched her forehead; the next thing she knew, she was 'resting in the Spirit' on the floor, filled with what she describes as "incredible joy." She realized at that moment that she was healed, completely healed of all the psychological and emotional disorders. She felt well for the first time that she could remember in her life. Subsequently, she decided not to take any medication, although she kept it on hand just in case. Two months later, she has not needed any medication, and continues to feel well. Even when on medication, she had never felt really well -- just okay; but now she feels completely well as she never has before. She also reported that when she experienced that infilling of joy from the Holy Spirit, all of her hurts, "really severe hurts" from childhood abuse were completely washed away. The memories remained, but the deep deep sadness, pain and anger were taken from her. "It was as if a giant eraser came, and erased it right out of my heart." While resting in God's Spirit and experiencing the joy, Maureen started first to giggle and then to laugh. For a time she was unable to stop laughing, and not able to sit up. She feels that there is a deposit of joy in her now, the joy which she knows comes from God, that remains in her, and that she can stir up at will. Praise our wonderful Lord, Jesus Christ!
